For the last 30 years in the global construction industry steady increase in demand for the materials and technologies based on chemistry of polyurethane continues.

Unsurpassed "flexibility" of polyurethane technologies allows to receive materials with a huge variety of properties.

It completely belongs to unique properties of napylyaemy elastomeric coverings on the basis of polyurea (polycarbamide) - one of the most modern "polyurethane" technologies for protection of construction designs.

Polycarbamide coverings EKSTRAPLANMOGUT to be applied on any surfaces by means of the napylitelny installations batchers providing heating and separate giving of components of system under a high pressure.

The main feature of technology - instant formation of a coat layer and very fast hardening.

It occurs thanks to high reactionary ability and preliminary heating of components of system to +60-+80 °C.

Effective instant mixing of components happens in a mix chamber of napylitelny "gun" due to mutual collision of streams of streams of the components of system moving under pressure of 150-200 atm.

Main advantages of polycarbamide elastomeric coverings:

• Instant hardening without catalysts (on a covering it is possible to go right after drawing)
• 100 dry rests, almost total absence of softeners
• Possibility of application in the conditions of high degree of humidity (to 100%) and low temperatures (to -20 °C)
• Exclusive adhesion with concrete, asphalt, the purified steel, a tree, etc.
• Exclusive strength, anticorrosive and insulating properties
• High thermal stability (about +200 °C are short-term)
• Universality of application and possibility of receiving coverings with a wide range of properties (elastic and rigid elastomers, UF-firmness increase, various textures of a surface of coverings, etc.)
