Description
The technique of measurement is based on change of parameters of ultrasound in milk depending on temperature and composition of milk. Without application of chemical reactants the device allows to measure at the same time the maintenance of a mass fraction of fat, protein, the dry fat-free dairy rest (DFFDR), density, milk temperature. The clover-2 is very simple in application that it allows to take on it measurements to unskilled personnel.
The main operations on the device are in filling in test for measurement and after measurement to merge it. To choose test and to fill in it in a probopriyemnik, - all this is business of only a few seconds. Process of measurement of quality indicators of milk takes 2,5 - 3,5 min. All information necessary for the operator is output to the indicator of the device. Indication of results of measurements is made in a digital form with discretization of counting of 0,01%.
The technique of performance of measurements is developed by LLC NPP BIOMER. Certification is carried out to Federal State Unitary Enterprise UNIIM. Certificate on certification of a technique No. 253.04.17.473/2009. The device is delivered to the consumer by the confided Novosibirsk center of standardization of metrology and certification.
